Building permit values jump 71%!

The Construction Industry Research Board reports that the value of home building permits issued in the Antelope Valley has jumped 71% from a year ago. From the months of January through September 2004, to January through September 2005, permit values increased from $295,418 to $505,212. The hard number of building permits in the Valley increased 56% in that time, with Lancaster, up 91.7%, leading the way.
